Essential foods to keep you cool all summer long



Cucumbers are another summertime food that tends to be overlooked; however, due to the fact that cucumbers are mostly made up of water and have very few calories (less than 15 calories per cucumber), they offer a lot of hydration with very little digestion. Cucumbers also have a natural cooling property, along with plenty of fibre, to keep you cool on those hot summer days.
