Next stage: Psychometric test and interview
Candidates who have cleared the Mains examination will be called for a Psychometric Test followed by an Interview. The Psychometric Test is qualifying in nature. It assesses behavioural and personality traits required for the role.The Interview round will carry marks and will play an important role in the final selection.
