Step 5: Pay the application fee through the Bharatkosh portal, as well as submitting the form. Eligibility Criteria and Educational RequirementsThe age limit ranges from 18-28 years to 18-35 years in different post codes. The educational qualifications include BE, BTech, ME, MTech, MSc, or PhD in different disciplines.
