Thyrocare promoter sells 10% for ₹667cr

Docon Technologies, one of the promoters of Thyrocare, on Friday divested a 10% stake in the medical diagnostics chain for Rs 667 crore through an open market transaction. After the stake sale, Docon Technologies’ holding in Thyrocare has declined to 61%.
